During that time, I am facing one of the difficult challenge in my life, it was the time when I am preparing for my licensure exam for Nursing.
I am just an average student then and was so afraid for the exam, I am afraid to disappoint my auntie who finance my education.
before I know mother Pierina, my purpose is very small, and that is to satisfy the expectation of my family, but after I met her, my purpose changed. I was able to tell myself that I need to pass the exams in order to give the love of Jesus to many people.
Not only that, I was converted to turn away from my habitual sin, I was able to practice frequent communion and adoration, I became a better son, friend, and catholic.
I never stopped asking mother Pierina's intercession. In fact, I rather stay inside the chapel of the blessed sacrament than to attend the review classes.
During my exam, I was late and even collapsed during the 4th set, but I never stop praying and asking her intercession every time before I answer each of the 500 questions.
I waited a months before the release of the result, everyday I pray, attend the mass and visit the blessed sacrament carrying the confidence of mother Pierina's intercession.
I waited the result at the National Shrine of Divine Mercy, I stayed there for almost 6 hours, I attended the mass and went to confession with the late Fr. Mar Arenas. Before I leave, He told me, "Mother Pierina herd your prayers and saw your sacrifices, just be confident that He tells it to Jesus."
those words, made me cry and smile.
on my way home, I received a message from my friends, telling me that I successfully passed the licensure exam.
Truly, Mother Pierina intercedes for me, and until now, He still does.
Now, I am a health educator and a motivational speaker all over the Philippines and also a Catechist.
Truly, Mother Pierina is with Jesus in heaven.
